What gets checked
- • Scannability — does the QR decode at all?
- • Content type — URL, WiFi, vCard, crypto, etc., and any security flags
- • Image resolution — is it big enough for print?
- • Payload length — long content makes the QR dense and harder to scan
- • Aspect ratio — square images are required
For a final real-world check, always scan your printed QR with multiple physical phones (iOS Camera, Android Camera, Google Lens) before going to large-format print.
